Special Update Notice: From early 2004 across a two
year period I personally mastered more than 190 sound
serials to DVD. The process involved (at
times) re-creating opening credits, end cards, music etc The serials have since been
"heavily bootlegged" by unscrupulous dealers/traders with no
inkling of the work that went into their production. É But time moves on and so must
I É Big Screen TVs and the like É É So in mid 2008 I adopted some
newly emerging (interpolated line) mastery technology and set
about returning to my archives and completely remastering my
serial catalogue. Digital enhancement
technology has also been employed in bringing more than 160 serials to DVD all over again and in many cases using newly acquired, improved prints. É This puts me back in front of
the bootleggers who now have a vastly
inferior collection of my earlier offerings! All Movie Serials :
Note : some serials are
available as "2fers" eg both Superman serials "2fer" serials sell for the standard 2 DVD Boxed set Some serials
are also available in larger combinations eg Zorro 6 DVD set, Dick Tracy 4
DVD set, Jock Mahoney 3 DVD set, etc - again selling for the standard 6, 4
& 3 DVD set prices respectively. See picture below (for the Commando Cody
/ Rocketman 5 DVD set): * Commando Cody; Sky Marshal of the Universe has been mastered to a 2 DVD set, the reason being that
this print is (an excellent quality) theatrical release with each chapter /
episode running to almost 30minutes (unlike the edited TV version which is
less than 25 minutes) - as such, since all 12 episodes comprise a total of
almost 6 hours then quality would have been compromised with a mastery to on
a single DVD - hence 2 DVDs have been used here For more information and detailed
